The Hospitality Association is a voluntary trade association representing 2,350+ hospitality businesses. Their 2009 communications strategy needed to intelligently target their communication to members, while reducing the mounting costs of printing monthly newsletters.

Catch Mail is so flexible that we were able to design a beautiful email template for each of the accommodation, gaming and food and beverage sectors, and create a strategy for managing their complex membership list.

HANZ required a solution that was closely integrated with their salesforce CRM database of over 2,000 members. Catch Mail allowed HANZ to use their existing CRM data to segment their lists into regional and industry-specific user groups. An automatic daily update of data between the systems sees that Catch Mail always has the latest data.

As the advocate for the hospitality industry, we know good service when we see it (after all service is our members' business).
